I’m getting really tired of my important mail getting stolen! I’ve had credit cards, medical letters, and other important pieces of mail stolen by the postal workers! I have a keyed mailed box I get notified of my mail everyday and only my important pieces of mail end up missing over and over again. Ever since I’ve moved up here this has been happening and I’ve called about it before and it’s still hasn’t been fixed. I’ve just had 3 important pieces of mail stolen again.

I work for a business in their area in an office park and during the past 2.5 years I've worked there, we typically don't receive our mail about 6 times a month. This past week, we've had our mail delivered ONCE. I have to call the post office and complain, but it does no good. Originally, we had a good carrier who did her job, but when she was off, the subs were awful and missed us every time. When she retired, we got a new person and they started skipping us on the regular. I started calling almost weekly. Our mail started arriving later and later in the day. Instead of dealing with the issue, I was promised return calls from supervisors (never happened). How about writing up the employee? Putting a better employee on our route? The Postal Service is without a doubt the WORST branch of our gov't and the least profitable. What a waste of taxpayer money. Maybe if they didn't do DEI hires, this wouldn't be the case. Do better USPS. Don't even bother filing a complaint through the 1-800 number or online. You'll never get a response.

Can’t imagine why this PO isn’t getting all 5 Star ratings - the facility is clean (despite its age) the supplies on sale are always well stocked and the staff is always delightful. 5 Stars in my book - Great Job!

I have been waiting on my mail for a week. Informed delivery keeps saying I have mail but none is coming in, with no help in sight.

Absolutely awesome service and teamwork! I visit many offices due to my job and this one is by far the best in service, customer support and relations.
