I can always count on a friendly smile and kind words when they see me lugging in my daily package load. I have had many opportunities to watch them interact with other customers while I wait in line. Every one of the employees at this store are kind, knowledgeable and patient, even in situations where they are being tested by things that are beyond their control. They are also a very solid group of employees with very little turnover. By far the best UPS Store in the area and I would give them more than 5 starts if I could.
