  Extremely rude and sarcastic. Not helpful. If you don't like dealing like dealing with customers or the public.....you may need a new job

  Very rushed. I shipped an important document for a second time which according to UPS was lost the first time. Reprocessed the doc to send again. Was told to "scan your code under the red light and keep pressing the yellow button for him" by an attendant. The attendant took my package and laid it on a table in front of the counter. Mind you, anyone in the chaotic store could have picked it up and walked out with it. The self-serve kiosk times out before you can carefully read each screen. Remember..... I was told to "just keep hitting the yellow button". IMO go through the line and avoid the kiosk if you want to be certain your package is processed correctly and do it at some other than this store location. I wish I had walked out and done the same. I regret having left my package behind.
