- HHHolly HDec 20, 20251.0General manager was rude and kept brushing people off like we were a nuisance. Talking to grown adults like they were in kindergarten. I understand the holiday rush, but to joke about people and their packages while behind the counter with the other employees is distasteful. I went in with a request for some prints, and they needed some resizing. How she went about explaining this to me was incredibly condescending and made me feel stupid. Talking about how my pictures looked wrong and whenever I asked a size that would work, she just kept saying it wouldn't work. I really needed help with getting this done as a present, but ended up going elsewhere instead. Won't be back. Go to Walmart instead, it's done in an hour.

On the contrary, by not providing me sufficient information about the expected package arrival for the ground, she led me into picking the most expensive option for sending the package with express (air) saver which cost me 3 times more than it should. Would rather send with USPS in the future. This was the last time I visited this FedEx location.

- JJJulieOct 16, 20251.0Went in to get a passport photo and walked right back out. The employee had no idea how to use the camera nor did she know what to use to send the passport information in. Never smiled, wasn’t friendly and was clearly unmotivated. Won’t be going back.
