Now they have an older man and a younger man...both rude and unhelpful! Try to avoid this location if you can. I will be going to any other place to send my Amazon packages back. I'm sure there will be an AI response that they will look into it but they really won't. I wish there was a way to reach ups headquarters. Avoid this ups store if you can!
