  Every time I come to this Durant location, without exception, I have been treated with the utmost kindness, professionalism and patience. I have also stood in line and witnessed other customers receiving the same courtesies! This is true during the very busy holiday season and most recently during store renovations. I have often marveled at their consistent customer service!

  I dropped package off yesterday and was met with rude customer service, along with a dirty look from an older associate. I thanked the younger male associate twice with no response from him. Before the remodel, it seemed that the service was a lot friendlier. Almost all new employees but poor customer service. My wife had a same experience recently. I’m going to avoid this location as much as possible; life is too short

  Service is generally fairly quick. Personnel are friendly. Parking available and handicap parking available.

  I won’t be returning to this location due to the unhelpful staff. Basic pricing for boxes, tape, and label printing was not disclosed until checkout, where multiple surprise fees appeared. When questioned, the response was dismissive and condescending, as if customers are expected to anticipate charges that were never communicated.
