It has to be me because I didn’t place his name on it. It was a rush order because his truck is down and the staff would not work with him in anyway. I understand people stealing packages but he had all the proof even opened up the app and showed them, DO NOT SEND PACKAGES HERE

I regularly come to this particular UPS store location to drop off my returns, and while my experiences here have always been pleasant, Leah in particular is just a ray of sunshine. You’d think most people would be a little irritated by someone coming in 10 minutes before closing with 6 packages, but Leah greeted me with a warm welcome and a kind smile, cheerfully explained the returns process, even complimented the clothes I was returning! She is seriously such a breath of fresh air, and I hope she gets a raise :)
