He continues to shove stuff in box causing it to not close and items to fall to street, such as MY MEDICATION. numerous reports have been made and will continue to be made till we get a new carrier.
- SSShawn StaniferDec 8, 20251.0On December 8th at 4:11 pm the driver pulls up to my mailbox attempts to place a box in the mailbox and it doesn't fit. Instead of bringing the package to the door the mail carrier is seen on video crushing in the top section of the box and shortly after forcing it into the mail box. Later when my Wife checks the mail she noticed the damages to the box and it had expended back to original shape due to the packing around the fragile contents and took both of us trying to not pull the mailbox out of the ground and not create anymore damages than already potentially existing. Little did this lazy and careless carrier know he was on camera the whole time, however I don't understand how a person in this profession saw this as acceptable.
- LALula AlexanderNov 24, 20251.0I’ve been living in Duncan Oklahoma for three years and they have the sorriest mail delivery in the world. Today is Monday November 24th, 2025 and it’s 5:34 pm and the mail has NOT been delivered to my house yet. This is not the first time this happens ALL the time. They change mail deliveries like every two weeks. They try to be so picky about who they hire and when they do select someone. It’s like sending an elementary student to play NFL Football. They are never on a regular schedule and when I do get my mail most of the time it comes from my neighbors or someone a street over from me. The first year I was here 2022 we had an excellent mail guy I hate I don’t know his name but he could deliver mail all over the Town of Duncan correctly with time to spare. This is awful. I’ve been sitting here All Day waiting on the mail and my package because I’m going out of town for Holiday and the mail still hasn’t come.. I’m beginning to think it would be better for the people of Duncan to just get a P.O. Box maybe they can put it in the box at the post office because this delivery service SUCKS…..and you can Quote me on that
