I'm so frustrated with Crystal, the lady over the post office in Drumright.I had a package delivered, and when I received the package, the item was not in it. I contacted the Post Office to find out if she could ask the mail carrier if the items had, by any chance, fallen out inside her mail truck. Instead, she messaged her and asked her what time she delivered the package, then told me someone could have cut the package and took the item. I told her again I just wanted to know if it had come out of the package, so I could contact the seller. Could she please ask. She told me no, she wouldn't, and if I wanted to know, check back another day. This is the second time I have had problems with Crystal. On another occasion, she told me I had the wrong zip code on a package. I told her I would go to my car and get my cell phone with the address. When coming right back into the Post Office, she left me standing at the front desk for nearly 30 minutes with me, hollering to get her attention because she was in her office on the computer. And then when she came back out, told me she forgot about me. How do you forget about somebody that you were just waiting on? We have one of the best mail carriers that delivers to our home, and we have never had problems with her. But Crystal, on the other hand, is very rude and unprofessional.

Stop by here to check out the "Oklahoma Land Rush" Mural which was painted by in 1941. This is a very nice Post Office built in 1939 and still in use today. Really like the display case in the lobby with the piece of the past that were use here. The people here do a great job keep up the good work.
