- MGMarsha GoffJan 10, 20201.0When I sent a Christmas card to the wife of my late cousin, who was a rural mail carrier out of Coyle Post Office for over three decades, it was returned to me marked "no receptacle" because I sent it to her street address. I sent it again to her post office box and it was returned the other day saying "no such number." Techhnically, that was corrrect. Of the three numbers, one was wrong. Here's the thing: on a good day Coyle has a population of about 300. I don't know how that number translates into post office boxes, but there can't be that many. My conclusion is that someone is ignorant or lazy or perhaps turnover is so high that it is a real disservice to those who live there. I'm sending the card again with the correct box number and hope it isn't returned a third time.
