Normally I dread walking into a post office because the employees are always so miserable but the 2 ladies that I've experienced here are awesome

They have lost so much of my mail in the past four months it's terrible, they have sent mail that has my name and my kids name on it BACK to the original sender. like WHY?! When our names are clearly on the account. I'm sorry but they are about as dumb as a rock, when you talk to someone about lost mail they don't even try to verify who you are or the name on the lost mail they just tell you they have not seen it. It makes me question their ability to do their job. I will not be using them any further and I would strongly suggest you avoid getting your mail here if you can. You can't trust them with anything.
