These negative reviews made me question going here as I have a small business (we are new to the area) but no frets here I was treated kindly and got the envelope sent off, and stamps bought. I'd return. It's clean, right off Main Street in Cleveland. Negatives - they need to repaint the lines for parking was hard to see
