- LGLynielle GibsonOct 17, 20251.0I mailed a package priority mail 16 days ago to Claremore and the tracking states it was delivered to a lock box. A key was suppose to be left so the recipient could retrieve it and the key was not left. The postal worker was not helpful in locating it. None of the neighbors that were questioned had not received it by mistake. the postal workers there are incompetent in doing their job. The items that were in the box can not be replaced nor can a value accurately be noted. Evidently the track record for losing packages or delivering to the wrong address is this USPS forte. They need to be held accountable for the repeated mistakes they make. neighbors in a certain apartment complex have voiced what I am posting here. I think the pony express could do a better job if they existed as they took their job seriously. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

The slots are not clearly marked and on the far, back right of the building. There are no signs showing where drop off is provided. I ended up walking inside to drop off my letters.
- JJJCJul 31, 20255.0there is one bright spot after living in a rural area, and having my culvert smashed to the point of having to replace it, my mailbox hit/damaged on more than one occasion by the mail girl, along with the flag being broken from the inside three times because she’s too lazy to bring a package to the porch so she STUFFS them into the mailbox (I witnessed it all). I even had the postmaster out to my house after they crushed the cinderblocks I put out to keep them off my 20 foot culvert. but I digress, I moved to town and the bright spot is my mail carrier, Brittany. She goes above and beyond, she is very pleasant, and she does a fantastic job. I love her. SHE gets the 5 stars.

They never rang the doorbell or knocked. So the mail delivery person basically just wrote a slip out and drove on by. Why would you do that with an overnight package?
