This place has taken back my package twice already because I wasn't home to sign the damn thing, it doesn't tell you when it's going to arrive besides the day

They didn’t enter the address correctly for an important package. I went in to try and get a resolution and they refused to give me one and refused to give me the name of the employe to report the man that incorrectly sent my mail. I would go ANYWHERE else.

Terrible. Multiple times they refuse to leave a package at my doorstep because it won't fit in the box.
Yesterday I had an autograph picture delivered it clearly says on the package DO NOT BEND PHOTOGRAPH proceeds to bend it in half and cram it in the box. Whoever delivers these packages and is too lazy to get out of the vehicle needs to be fired. This is pathetic. Have some pride.

You can’t even just call and ask questions. The automated answering machine is no help at all.
