- JJJroc3 days ago1.0Terrible. Multiple times they refuse to leave a package at my doorstep because it won't fit in the box. Yesterday I had an autograph picture delivered it clearly says on the package DO NOT BEND PHOTOGRAPH proceeds to bend it in half and cram it in the box. Whoever delivers these packages and is too lazy to get out of the vehicle needs to be fired. This is pathetic. Have some pride.

They crammed a small package I was waiting on in our tiny mail slot where the letters go and I had to literally pry it out. Got confetti and packing peanuts everywhere. A key was suppose to be left so the recipient could retrieve it and the key was not left. The postal worker was not helpful in locating it. None of the neighbors that were questioned had not received it by mistake. the postal workers there are incompetent in doing their job. The items that were in the box can not be replaced nor can a value accurately be noted. Evidently the track record for losing packages or delivering to the wrong address is this USPS forte. They need to be held accountable for the repeated mistakes they make. neighbors in a certain apartment complex have voiced what I am posting here. I think the pony express could do a better job if they existed as they took their job seriously. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

The slots are not clearly marked and on the far, back right of the building. There are no signs showing where drop off is provided. I ended up walking inside to drop off my letters.
