Zero isn't an option. We live in an apartment and cannot get our mail but we get everyone else's. It is beyond ridiculous.

The lady at the front counter was super rude. I gave her my boxed package to mail out and she gave me a slip to write the address on and while I had a purse on my shoulder and was carrying another bag + writing down the address she immediately called someone behind me to check them out. She asked me to move and I politely declined because it would take me less than a minute to write down the address. I was in line before him and the people in front of me got to write their addresses and tape their boxes while not being rushed at all. After paying for the package to be mailed I asked if she would show the same patience to everyone instead of expecting one person to move all of their stuff so someone behind could go infront while I was writing down an address. She proceeded to yell that I "should've come prepared" and it is my fault. I really hope she finds whatever is bothering her and gets it fixed.

Rude! wanted the postal lady to fill out the adress because I'm dyslexic and last time I messed up the number and my niece never got her hundred dollar gift card for the new baby. So I explained and she said I'm tired if that makes a difference along those lines, I was embarrassed and dyslexic isn't an excuse not to fill out the adress and isn't that what post office people do last time a lady printed out a sticker with the name
