Watchin nobody showed up and now it says attempted to deliver. I've had this happen 6 times Like they don't want to deliver on a Saturday. I feel like someone is slacking in their job

If you ask her for any help she just says "i dont know" and tries to get you out. Not to mention she loses packages and tries to lie. Has happened multiple times. This town isn't that big the job shouldn't be that hard.
- JRJessica ReedAug 29, 20233.0Usely our mail carriers come to our door when it comes from Amazon but yesterday I was expecting truck parts for my son truck I waited for the white truck -new mail carrier I'm guess for a couple months off and on . Just leaves after putting by mailbox on ground in rural area when clearly on box it said only leave if there's no response but mail carrier fail to even come up the drive which I can see from window my point is with things getting taking while people are gone has become a problem when ordering you think our mail carriers would take pride in their job
- ZSZach SullawaySep 7, 20211.0Whoever has my route is awful... really awful. I don't believe any of my mail from this USPS location (calumet) has ever been on time according to the package tracking. I can only think they don't care and will/have put "no access to location/address" because they're too lazy to deliver all the packages for that day, despite having a very "accessible" address. I've visited the store location to figure out what the issue could be but was met with nothing but defensive statements and excuses (like the delivery person is new) so I'm just going to expect this horrible customer service to continue until I eventually move. Would do a mail hold but have a feeling they would just mess all that up too. 👎👎
