We have to track down our own packages when we use usps because our packages are delivered to different addresses. We changed our mailbox and put large print on it so that there would be no more mix ups. I was expecting this package for my birthday and there is a possibility that if it is opened, it won’t be returned because I got a good deal on it and saved a lot of money. I can’t use the protection used with the purchase because usps delivered the item. I need my package as soon as possible and I need this issue resolved for the future or I will only use usps as a last resort from this time going forward. This is not COVID related and this is not a lost package. This is constant mistakes that shows usps can’t be trusted. Please contact me as soon as possible. Please
