I received an email from the product company but no tracking number. So don't know if it was mailed USPS, FedEx or UPS. Also, we live less than 1 mile from our mailbox. The post office says they deliver up to 1 mile. They don't deliver our packages. We have to drive to Broken Bow Post Office to pick up our packages. This has been going on for 10+ years. We have complained about this numerous times at the post office & they assure us they'll deliver but the mail carrier does NOT deliver.

- MTMisty TomlinsonJan 9, 20221.0We moved to a pre-existing home in July 2021. I put in a forward for our old address, which we do still own. Weeks went by and I didn't receive mail. I go to the post office which is difficult due to working 2 jobs and owning a business. They stated they had to measure the distance between the house before ours and ours. 4 months later I still wasn't receiving mail but every time I came in they would ask me why they are holding my mail. Finally after sending a complaint on the website they delivered my mail. We received mail about 3 weeks then it stopped. When my husband went up they said someone had been parking in our driveway and they couldn't get to the mailbox. We spoke to the remodeling crew and they have since stated no one else has parked in the driveway. We got our mail for about 3 weeks again and now it is missing again. The thing is, even if we move our mailbox onto the road and out of our circle drive, they will still have to back out of the driveway due to it being the last house on a dead end road. Each encounter has been met with rudeness and sarcasm.
