- RHRhonda HowardNov 4, 20251.0There is not a local phone number to call. It's automated. Just want to know if a package has arrived. I received an email from the product company but no tracking number. So don't know if it was mailed USPS, FedEx or UPS. Also, we live less than 1 mile from our mailbox. The post office says they deliver up to 1 mile. They don't deliver our packages. We have to drive to Broken Bow Post Office to pick up our packages. This has been going on for 10+ years. We have complained about this numerous times at the post office & they assure us they'll deliver but the mail carrier does NOT deliver.
