- BDBLACKWIDOW DavisMar 19, 20261.0Had a certified letter sent to me and yellow card was in my Box, took it to counter and they were unable to locate it. Apparently it was return to sender unable to forward and cost me half of my 401k due to not receiving this piece of mail. Apparently this postal office does not have a postal inspector as I requested to speak with. I talked to some guy a supervisor and was only told he was sorry and would give me the cost of postage which was $8. We can’t even sue the post office and understand mistakes happen in every place but post office do better!! You are costing people hard earned money after even admitting to the mistake you offer a ridiculous postage amount. DO BETTER AND WHY NO POSTAL INSPECTOR TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE

The last part is the biggest frustration. Let me at least call to figure out where my stuff has gone!
