My packages have not been arriving to my house this has been several times now. 6 total missing. I have a camera set up and nobody is coming after and stealing them. Usps is the problem. This is the email sent. Delivery driver failed to scan packages but delivered them. Yeah i am sure they did?

They apparently don't teach their drivers proper etiquette to not vandalize someone's yard. Guy even admitted it wasn't his first time doing it to our yard. Someone's yard is not a road, especially when it's wet! Teach your employees better to not vandalize people's property just because they are to lazy to go back to main street to get to our actual driveway.

Horrible customer service. Staff lied multiple times about a missing package. Told us they would call us back and never did. Said they spoke with the manager regarding the situation, Heather, but then the next day Heather claimed she had no idea and wouldn’t even come out of the back to speak with us. Heather was also speaking rudely to the worker that was asking her about the situation, like she was bothered, very unprofessional.

Had eBay return with prepaid label, this rude guy at the counter refused to accept it, embarrassing me in-front of others. He needs to be trained on how to properly interact with customers. I took my package to a different usps location, it was accepted no problem.
