Keono is hands down the best employee. He is always happy, cheerful, and willing to help. His positivity radiates in the building. A+ employee. Keono deserves a raise and recognition. I come out of my way to use this post office solely due to Keono. So thank you Keono for all you do and your Willingness to help and your positivity and cheerfulness

Only at the post office will you be treated like an alien from another planet for doing the very thing they are there for

Had a great experience at the post office on main. The reviews are so bad, but don’t let that deter you from coming here. I set up an appointment for a passport the day before (online). I was pretty stressed, and nervous about the whole thing. So bad I have been putting off getting a passport for months now. Especially dealing with employees who have bad costumer service. Let me just say, Keanu was awesome (idk if i spelled his name right, i went with the actors spelling.) He was very helpful on explaining how the process worked, and was so very patient with me while i was filling out my paperwork. He even asked me if i needed help a couple times. Keanu was so kind and quick at his job. I was in and out in 25 minutes and half of that was me filling out my paperwork. They even did the money- order for me, so that saved me a trip. I did end up getting my passport photo at Walgreens before i came here, but you can take them at the post office. If i could do it again i would have just done it all at one place. The other workers seemed friendly as well , the male worker was so sweet and gave a little boy in the lobby a sucker. 5 stars, thank you!!! thanks guys!

I’d give ZERO stars if Google would allow it. The Broken Arrow Post Office is an absolute disgrace. Their ongoing incompetence in delivering mail to apartment complexes is beyond unacceptable. Time and time again, mail and packages are misdelivered—often placed in the wrong mailbox or never delivered at all. When you try to report the issue? You're met with blank stares, dismissive attitudes, and the classic brush-off: "It was delivered to your address, not our problem." Excuse me? If it wasn’t in my hands or my box, it wasn’t delivered. Period. I've filed multiple missing mail claims, and every single time, it's the same useless response. There is zero accountability, zero ownership, and an alarming lack of basic professionalism. It honestly feels like no one there cares about doing their job correctly, or at all. This post office is a prime example of everything people complain about when it comes to government inefficiency. Avoid it if you can. Pray nothing important gets routed through here.
