The staff: Maria; extremely dismissive, rude, and ontop of that fabricated lies about their store to limit the assistance they can give customers in store. They ignore the phone and make fun of customers that do call. They claim the phones don’t work so they pick up and hang up. Said their manager Bill had known for weeks the phones don’t work and has done nothing to fix it. April: untrained and unsure of most of UPS store services but they get away with giving misinformation by saying they are a franchise owned locally so they don’t have association affiliated to UPS. The only useful information I got was the young man in the back handing me a free UPS envelope. I can’t stress this enough: if you need any kind of in store assistance DO NOT go to this location. They’re a glorified drop box that doesn’t even have a UPS hub counter or know how to help with UPS app navigation. They’ll just hand you the corporate phone number and tell you best of luck.
