  Don’t even know where to start. The staff: Maria; extremely dismissive, rude, and ontop of that fabricated lies about their store to limit the assistance they can give customers in store. They ignore the phone and make fun of customers that do call. They claim the phones don’t work so they pick up and hang up. Said their manager Bill had known for weeks the phones don’t work and has done nothing to fix it. April: untrained and unsure of most of UPS store services but they get away with giving misinformation by saying they are a franchise owned locally so they don’t have association affiliated to UPS. The only useful information I got was the young man in the back handing me a free UPS envelope. I can’t stress this enough: if you need any kind of in store assistance DO NOT go to this location. They’re a glorified drop box that doesn’t even have a UPS hub counter or know how to help with UPS app navigation. They’ll just hand you the corporate phone number and tell you best of luck.

  Mark is an awesome leader at this location! He knows my name and greets me like family! I am so impressed in an age where his generation is self absorbed with poor service! Mark rocks! Thank you Mark! You deserve an award and a round of applause amid your peers! Great Job! Every time I come in you and the rest of your team give me a positive experience! Helpful AND attentive to your clients! Well Done!

  I've been going to this UPS Store for many years. It has always been a good experience. Today was great! I had 3 items to return. The first one I was having difficulty putting in the bag that is provided. Sure enough, i looked up and there was Hank. Helping me just like he did before without even asking him. Today, he taught me that my Amazon bag didn't need that extra bag, and that the print out label could be used on it. My 3rd item was usps. Maria told me that service was no longer at your store, but proceeded to seal the package and print out the label for me, so it was all ready to be dropped off at the post office. She really seemed to enjoy her job, and said that she was looking forward to working the busy holiday season. What a bright spot in my day! Its was so nice to have such exceptional service.

  Best UPS store ever! I kept joking I need to throw them a party for all their help the past year scanning & printing. Hank is the best, professional & always very helpful! Great staff.
