    They handle a tremendous amount of packages and they are FAST. Returns for Amazon with barcode or pre printed label this place goes fast and smooth. I get my receipt and I'm out of there in 5 minutes

    I called UPS yesterday to find out if they could ship my oil painting to someone in California. After I gave the guy all of the information he needed, he gave me a quote of $ 260 to ship and for insurance on my painting plus the cost of the box and them putting it in a box,which was around $50. I asked him if he was positive about the price and he said absolutely. So,today, my elderly husband and I take the painting to the store and the girl told me it would cost $560 plus them putting the painting in a box and the box! I showed her the paper that I put the information on and she went to the back and talked to someone and came back and said, well,we can do it for $510! I said no! And,that they should honor the prices that their employees give to people on the phone! There is a big difference between $560 and $260! So,I didn't get to send my nephew his birthday gift today!! Which made me very sad. I will not be doing any business with this place again.

    Always had a good experience. Staff are professional and nice. Great customer service. They also have the “self-check in” for boxes that are ready for mailing. 👍

    I have been using this UPS store for the last 8 years And have rarely had problems until the last few months. I tend to send my Amazon returns back through this specific store. Today (10/23) I was in And ended up finding out why some of my returns are not being refunded or registered as being returned… I went to go send a wreath back in It’s original packaging (NOTE NOT SHIPPING BOX) and they proceeded to take it out of the packaging and put it in a bag. I questioned why they were doing that… And lady with the short bob stated that they take everything out of the boxes. I pushed back a little bit and said that those are the original packaging that Amazon wants back as part of their return policy… She then promptly says that she goes through those self service returns pulls things out of the clear bags, takes them out of the packaging and puts them back… over the last couple of months, I’ve been returning things that are not being registered as returned and Amazon is telling me that I’m not sending them back, but I am. And now I have an employee telling me that they are taking it out of the product packaging (again NOT shipping box) that Amazon *requires* you to send it in and just putting shoes and other items just randomly in a bag and throwing away the packaging. This is absolutely unacceptable! You guys are screwing up people’s returns. And costing people hundreds of dollars… This needs to be made right. I will be gathering all of the returns that I have tried to get refunded through Amazon that I know came in boxes and coming up with a number and I will be by this weekend to collect that money; as you guys are proudly saying that you are doing this to everyone’s packages. Be thankful that other people aren’t figuring this out yet So that you can make a change immediately. Just to give the short haired lady a heads up, it’s going to be in the 400 to 500 range So that she can prepare because I know that’s a huge bill for someone to have to pay. So just to reiterate, Amazon requires you to send back the items in the original packaging (I’m pretty sure they would never tell UPS to take it out of the packaging as that is against their policy) even if that’s a shoe box, zipper bag or sock box etc. So if any employee is tampering with those things, they need to be held responsible for the money that the customer is not receiving back and they need to submit to the Amazon policy. If there is a barcode on the packaging that is the original packaging and is required for Amazon to process the return.
