  For a relatively new store one would think customer service would be top priority, apparently it is not. When I walked in today an employee at the back of the store looked up and saw me, stood up & said something I could not hear, I looked at him as he took a few steps & repeated, I still couldn't not hear him. He walked up to where I was and quite rudely said "what can I help you with" as he was rolling his eyes at me. I said "I need to mail this package" & "you don't need to be rude." I was holding the package & he just motioned to the scale like I was inconviencing him. I sat my package down & thought about his actions for about 5 seconds & picked my package back up and said "you know, I think I'll just take this somewhere else & mail it." He started back tracking real fast & said oh, no no, I can... & I said " you don't get to talk to me like that!" And left. There is a definite lesson to be learned about how customers are the reason for your business and should be treated kindly, not like an interruption. It will be a long time, if ever, I give them another opportunity to help me! And I would give zero stars if I could!

  Says open until 5pm went at 420pm and it's closed. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. Fix the hours

  Excited about this new stores being closer to me, but Google says you are open until 5 today, but you're not! Hours on your store front are changed with marker until 3. Boo.
