The only time I’ve ever needed help getting connected to a failed delivery, they did everything in their ability to get me my package. A few weeks back I sent a package for the first time ever, and they helped ensure I was doing it right. Great people here.

This place is highly unprofessional and so rude. It’s been three months and I’ve still YET to receive my mail. Dibble not even 5 minutes away & has much better management and is HIGHLY more responsible.

They were very rude and often hung up in the middle of my sentences, even saying that there was nothing they could do about problems they could easily solve. Just very unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

He comes up with every excuse as to why he cannot deliver my mail. It is literally something different every week. It has done no good to complain to the post master. I cannot say enough bad things about the customer service of this entire post office.
