- BEBella EatonDec 16, 20251.0Filled a paper out and THOUGHT I got a change of address just for them to call me TWO weeks later saying “well, your just gonna have to fill out another one” when IM informed on THEIR mistake. This place is highly unprofessional and so rude. It’s been three months and I’ve still YET to receive my mail. Dibble not even 5 minutes away & has much better management and is HIGHLY more responsible.

Claim undeliverable due to no access. I have mailbox on street and we are not gated community. Complaining does no good! I wonder if I can get P.O. Box instead so I can be right there when I have a complaint about no mail

He comes up with every excuse as to why he cannot deliver my mail. It is literally something different every week. It has done no good to complain to the post master. I cannot say enough bad things about the customer service of this entire post office.
