There has been an important letter that I have been waiting on since last week when I got the alert from the Daily Digest that it was coming. I got another alert on Monday, STILL NO DELIVERY. Your post office is a joke at best. This is the fifth time this has ever happened to us. We've had multiple instances of mail being withheld until we call and complain after telling us they have no control then magically, it shows up the very next day. Screams to me like there's either a broken process or people not doing the job they are paid to do. EDIT: They "tried" delivering to my house today - put the attempted delivery notice in my mailbox. Checked camera, never attempted to leave the vehicle to knock on the door. Absolutely LAZY.
