- NTNancy TuckerApr 15, 20225.0I recently had an issue with an incorrectly addressed important document that was mailed before I noticed the error. I panicked! My home PO could not help, no one could, or so it seemed. In desperation I called BIson USPS personally. The lady I spoke to (wish) I had her name, calmly assured me she would get it taken care of and took my phone number. She called me back in less than 10 minutes, saying she alerted the points of contact along the route and they would intercept and reroute my mail. They did and it arrived only one day late! I am so grateful to know there are some out there that DO care and are WILLING to go the extra mile, even for someone they have never met!
