I would rate lower if possible. I ask a clerk to send my 2 brown envelopes cheapest way. There was a long line so I just paid with my card and left. Got home and looked at receipts to fing a $16+ charge. Was certainly not cheapest route. The clerk was also very rude.
Went back next day and talked to a clerk and then a dark haired with glasses lady came out and looked at receipts and said I don't know what was in your envelopes. I told her and she said she still didn't know and couldn't refund. I told her I didn't ask for a refund but thought they should be aware and know what was going on. She said I was welcome to go to a different post office. This one is so close to me and I'm 80 years old but will definitely drive further to get treated respectfully. This place in Brthany is the worst.

Very rude red headed guy at this postoffice. He needs to go. I put up with him two other times. He is the same everytime. I purchased some stamps and he failed to give me the kind of stamp/print I asked for. And I'm the one who paid for it. He is in the wrong business! Bad attitude!

I'm going straight to USPS.com to fact check what I just paid for. I mailed 2 photographs (paper) 4x6 in size in a yellow envelope. I placed a piece of cardboard inside to ensure it would not bend in transit. I was told this is considered a package. Being mailed at the slowest pace, at at a whopping 1.9 ounces it was $6.85. I should have put a handful of forever stamps on it & put in mailbox, they wonder why the post office business is down.

If I could rate this post office lower I definitely would. The service is atrocious! The workers are very rude and unhelpful, acting as if you are bothering them by getting postal services. The guy with the red hair and gross mustache is probably the worst so-called worker by far . I've had several experiences with him as the person taking my packages and he is extremely rude and abrupt. I've even witnessed him sitting on his phone scrolling at his stall not greeting you and staying seated the whole time as he checks you out. I've literally witnessed him doing this more than once. The people who work here are misrepresenting the US Postal Service, especially the red headed guy , and should be handled. I will drive to Warr Acres, out of my way and go to the post office there for my postal needs going forward as I will not spend another dime at the Bethany location.
