  Hours posted online show 6 pm close. I show up at 5:20 after work, store is closed. A sign on the door showings the close due to staff safety? Im left to assume its because of a snow storm that's still not even starting. I cant find anything online showing it was closed for this reason, wasted gas, wasted time. If you have another option, use it. This whole town is awful im not sure why im surprised at yet another business that abuses the fact we have so few options.

  My family needed very important documents notarized on short notice. We are SO GRATEFUL your company offers this service & has such professional & knowledgeable employees! KATIE paid great attention to detail while notarizing the forms, while still respecting our privacy. The strong work ethic that BOTH she & JAMEE (who signed as a witness) displayed is rare these days. Both ladies do an OUTSTANDING job! We ship often & have observed this store has really “shipped into shape” under the leadership of mgr SHALAE… Who was not on premises at the time, but her employees were OUTSTANDING all the same. Please thank Katie, Jamee & Shalae for us!

  Dropped off a Next Day Air package at this UPS Store and received a receipt. The tracking number has never moved past “Label Created” — no origin scan, no transit scan, nothing. This is not a “holiday delay.” If a package is delayed, it still shows scans. This one appears to have never been inducted into the UPS system at all. When we returned to the store to ask for help, the experience was shocking: -Staff refused to check the back of the store to see if the package might still be there or misplaced -We were given conflicting explanations (scanner wasn’t working, then “it’s just holiday delays”) -The shift manager was openly rude and dismissive, including to their own employee (eye-rolling, snapping at them, telling them to move while they were trying to help) The situation escalated to the point where we were told to leave and were threatened with having the police called — simply for asking reasonable questions about a missing package At this point, the package is unaccounted for, and the store has provided zero meaningful assistance. This location shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. If you are shipping anything important, time-sensitive, or valuable, I strongly recommend using a different location.
