  I must inform you, there's a thief among your employees. This store is a disgrace to UPS everywhere. I would suggest you look into the amount of lost,missing & stolen pkgs. reported this year. I'm out $3,100.40 due to this stores inept service. According to the tracking info. my pkg never left the store. You refuse to even look for it!!! I believe this pkg. Went right into the shift mgr. Office! Would like to know how many others have had items vanish out of this B-ville store. Go in, pay for service, relinquish pkg. & *BAM* It disappears. NEVER LEFT THE STORE!!! ?????

  Dropped off a Next Day Air package at this UPS Store and received a receipt. The tracking number has never moved past “Label Created” — no origin scan, no transit scan, nothing. This is not a “holiday delay.” If a package is delayed, it still shows scans. This one appears to have never been inducted into the UPS system at all. When we returned to the store to ask for help, the experience was shocking: -Staff refused to check the back of the store to see if the package might still be there or misplaced -We were given conflicting explanations (scanner wasn’t working, then “it’s just holiday delays”) -The shift manager was openly rude and dismissive, including to their own employee (eye-rolling, snapping at them, telling them to move while they were trying to help) The situation escalated to the point where we were told to leave and were threatened with having the police called — simply for asking reasonable questions about a missing package At this point, the package is unaccounted for, and the store has provided zero meaningful assistance. This location shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. If you are shipping anything important, time-sensitive, or valuable, I strongly recommend using a different location.

  I usually do not leave reviews but after my experience with a very snotty unfriendly employee who assisted me irked me enough to write a review. I dropped off a package and got stared down with a dirty look first of all like I offended the employee for simply setting the package down on the counter, we stared at each other in awkward silence after I told her I was dropping off the package. Then after giving me a dirty glare, she asked in an impolite tone where the shipping label was and I kindly showed her and she scanned it and I apologized for any inconvenience I did and feeling very unwelcomed I left as soon as I could… anyways ultimately I felt really uncomfortable with her and will not be going there anymore per my experience.

  The ladies in this store are amazing. I had to bring my toddler in to make a shipment, and they had a coloring area to entertain her. Two of the ladies even sat down and talked with her keeping her happy while I was busy. Then, the package arrived to my family member two days before the estimated arrival. Great experience all around.
