- SHSandra HammanDec 30, 20251.0I had a return that I was going to get a box and print a label for. Then I was going to give it to the UPS driver that was scheduled to pick it up today. When I got the box and label the worker charged me $12 then she handed me 2 receipts and said I'll take the package. I told her I had a pick up scheduled for today so I took the box home. I looked on their site that night and it said that it was already with them and no pickup scheduled anymore. So this morning my boyfriend took the package back and tried talking to them about it. They ended up saying that neither of them speaks English. Then at 12pm a UPS truck showed up asking about the package and I told him that my boyfriend took it already. I am very confused as to how you can work in the service industry and not speak English when most of the customers do.
