  NOT HAPPY!!!! Package taken by front cashier took.. young Indian lady ….. she has stolen my page since it was never given to USPS by her for pickup!!! I’ve checked with USPS couple times already. I need USPS to refund me $85 for my garment that I gave in to return. !!! My package was taken by the lady .. she mentioned it was USPS package but they would take it but no scan receipt and assured me that USPS will pick up from them. Based on this I was comfortable in leaving my package with her to be picked up by USPS. She mentioned to me to take a pic of my package with the label which I did. I dropped in 9/15 @ 1240 pm. My package hasn’t been received by Lululemon and so I went to USPS to check. The lady told me the package is still at UPS since it was never picked up by them since it want scanned. I went back to UPS store. Was told by another girl there that they don’t have the package and USPS must have picked up but didn’t scan. All this sounds garbage to me. My item has been taken by someone who knows the system and since it wasn’t scanned I have no recourse. Waiting to hear back hopefully from them to see what can be done. It was an expensive piece of item in lululemon bag therefore I’m thinking it’s kept by someone handling it. UPS store clerk was talking too much when I was there trying to justify UPS actions and wanted me to go thru the area where they supposedly leave packs to be picked up which I don’t think should be my job. I don’t know what to do now since I’m supposed to get my refund and I cannot until my package is received by the store. UPS store is negligent blaming USPS and I hold then responsible since I left the package there and not to USPS. They seem not to care. I am very disappointed with this and not sure what my options are. !!!!!!! Someone needs to get back to me please !!!

  Siru went above and beyond to help me this morning with my dog stairs that Staples wouldn’t take because of thier size She actually got on my phone( I am elderly and needed help) and tried to talk to Amazon couldn’t help me either. You have a awesome employee who is kind and knowledgeable and she deserves a raise. Thankyou

  I had a great experience at UPS thanks to Swati. Every time I walk in, she greets me with a big smile and treats my questions like they actually matter. She’s helped me fix shipping labels, find the right box, and make sure my packages get out on time, even when the line is long. You can tell she cares about doing things right, not just getting people in and out.
