And then they apologize and make excuses for their subpar performance. Honestly if I can make it to other post offices, I will. It's so sad that Apache Oklahoma has such a horrible rated USPS facility.

And that's not entirely your fault. I do wish this Post Office would modernize and install a self help kiosk. I do not need to listen to someone hum a tune. Or about so and so and them welcoming a new little mistake to the world.
