- HPHolli PageFeb 13, 20261.0I have not have so many issues with USPS mail and package delivery before any where I have lived. Delivery is inconsistent and package delivery is bad. I have had packages delivered by my mailbox by the road and they consistently leave packages by my garage door and I have run over several backing out. Several were from Chewys and was dogfood which got stuck under my truck and ripped box open. :( I have escalated this over the local office to Federal and that helped for a little while but went right back to leaving packages by my garage door when they could walk literally 6-8 more steps and leave by the door. It’s sad that USPS has declined so much.

- JMJalena MurphyDec 26, 20251.0Mail service to my house was suspended do the stray dog we called out and Paul's has picked up the dog however carrier still refuses to deliver to our home. We went through all the necessary steps to get the mail redelivered to our home even informed that Pawe has the animal that is at Large postal service still refuses. A hardship letter was done and signed by physician stating that supplies that are delivered to the home is a life or death need postal service was still turned down spoke with a lady named Amy she was of no help at all she refused everything including the hardship letter from the doctor and the application. Family has stated if there was a dog here going to bite them it would have been bit to carrier when he delivered to the neighbor's house. We have had all kinds of delivery problems just not at my home but at all the houses on my block where we've had to go out and deliver the mail to everyone on the block because the carrier puts everything in our box or the guys box across the street. And now this, there are tons of people that come to the home because of the health conditions of my mother, she is in the end stage of her medical supplies and medications come through the mail. The individual that called and said we did not qualify for the hardship stated
