Don’t think some of the reviewers go to the same post office I do. Been going there for 20+ years and always get the same courteous service. Best part is that there usually isn’t even a line!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady that works here seems allergic to customer service. Never been given such issues just to get a package. Would rather deal with UPS than her any day.

Horrible experience. I was waiting at the counter, and the woman who walked up didn’t greet me at all. In fact she didn’t speak a single word. So I started by saying “I just have a package I need shipped.” She still said nothing. So I proceeded “here’s my shipping label.” She just sighs. I was using a box of my own and was planning on paying a fee to have my box taped up real well so it wouldn’t come open. She looks at my box, which hasn’t been taped yet and says “your box is gonna come open, is that what you want??” To which I respond “no, of course that’s not what I want, I was planning on paying whatever fee you charge to have my box taped up real well.” She responds “that’s not how that works.” At this point I’m over it and am about to just take my package somewhere else. But then she just says “fine” and begins aggressively taping my label to the top of my box, literally sighing the whole time. And then proceeds to put a SINGLE piece of tape on the flap of my box to keep it closed and said “there. You’re done.” And walked away. She must have been in a bad mood, but this is no way to treat a customer. I won’t be returning to this post office ever again.
