  this is the worlds worst shipping company. they are incredibly slow and delay their packages. how hard could it be to drive a van and drop off packages

  So my packages have just been sitting in Zanesville ohio one is a medical need I think across the board we have a good delivery system but they are aware of the increase shipping needs during the holidays and they should have backup plans to keep things running on time thats poor management they encourage us to buy online and use the delivery service but having important things just sitting there for days gives it a opportunity to get lost or damaged I have a few ideas 💡 on keeping things moving but who am I we just really need the medical equipment and they could care less merry Christmas

  0 stars because they refuse to send my package from Zanesville Ohio to Coshocton Ohio it was a two day shipping here it is 4 days latter and I keep getting told it’s in it way but it’s never left the Zanesville site smh never again will I use fedex again
