- HLHector LugoAug 9, 20251.0I made an appointment at 10 am on 8/9/25 for passports, as soon as my family and I entered the establishment the lady at the front desk saw the passport application and her attitude became very rude, I tried to bring everything in order even the 2x2 photos I brought, but to her the photos were no good so I asked her how much the 2x2 photos cost she told me $50 dollars so I told her no, and instead of minding her own business she told me that I have money to go on a cruise vacation but not for 2x2 photos and literally I brought the 2x2 photos that met the necessary characteristics, I ended up telling her to cancel everything, I better go to another establishment.
