- JFJoanna FarrellFeb 21, 20261.0Brenda was the rudest most unprofessional employee to literally every customer in the room. This is the 2nd time I’ve come and Brenda was horrible both times. I was surprised she hadn’t been fired yet. When I told her I was reporting her she said “I’ll still be here, I don’t care.” That’s a good paying tax funded job, give it to someone who deserves it and appreciates it. Brenda clearly is miserable working there.
