- DDdenice dezeeOct 28, 20251.0On October 21, 2025, I went to the post office to mail a package to ASSURANT . I was returning an iPhone. I gave the package to the lady at the post office who was not really paying attention to me. She was laughing and joking with someone And took the package and that was it. I did not get a receipt. On October 25, 2025 I went back and talked with a man and the manager and they said it was my fault. I did not get a receipt. No apologies for the employees behavior. They wouldn’t even look for the box. I gave them the exact date and time that I was there. They repeatedly told me over and over that. It was my fault. I did not get a receipt. yesterday October 27 I went to the main post office next time Ohio to talk to the postmaster. No luck there. I was given a phone number to call the postmaster secretary to make an appointment with the postmaster. I have not received a call back yet. i’m going back to the original post office tomorrow at 407 Boardman Canfield Rd. in Youngstown Ohio to tell them they better find my package or I’m calling the police and reporting a theft.
