Postal worker never knocked on my door or rang the doorbell as I was home all day with my son. After waiting on hold an hour and 12 minutes, lady picks up the phone, immediately pretends she can’t hear me and hangs up. I called back and waited another hour on hold only to be hung up again. The post office is a joke. My mail shows up almost a month late. I receive notices for signatures when no one ever attempted to get my signature. Can’t reach my post office at all. Get hung up twice after waiting over an hour both times. I hope they shut down the usps. I have zero issues getting Amazon, FedEx or UPS packages and mail. Maybe USPS needs to take some operations lessons from their competition. Vendors need to quit using USPS as a shipping option as it’s ruining their business ratings as well.
