- BOBrenda O'NeilJun 12, 20232.0Put one person that knows what to do in charge of the Springwood Apartment mail a week ago today I got my mail at 8:00 at night then I did not get anything all week not even ads I have the app in for informed delivery on my phone and there was nothing my neighbor on Friday received apartment 61 mail and she's apartment 40 in a wheelchair can't deliver it to the people that was supposed to be to put it back in your mailbox and put the flag up and the flag was still up today on Monday the 11th they've got to get it together Saturday there was no mail at all no one came today the regular girl was back so she brought her mail and it was early if they're not going to do their job

So we've decided not to go here anymore. We will drive to the Post Office in Cornersburg & use their services there. Plus they're much nicer there too. The Post Office in The Austintown Plaza needs to be checked out by the General Government. Something is definitely wrong with this post office.
