  I regret not shopping my options first . As a result i ended up with Team Office . Long story short , they were only interested in making money off me , not trying to tend to what my actual needs were. They are not honest people and they also have you sign contracts they then refuse to honor but the good news is there are better options out there . Do your due diligence first before choosing them

  Do not recommend. We currently use them for our business and wish we didn’t . The printer they gave us has had nothing but problems since the day we got it, I’ve had to call them for repairs more than any other vendor in our business, the girl that answers the phone to log service calls has a horrible attitude and is rude every time, our business relies on the printer/scan/fax working and here we are again with it not working and them taking their sweet time to get it repaired. They were supposed to fix a problem with one of our computers and after waiting weeks for the help, we went another route. When another business affects the way your business runs and their people couldn’t care less, they’re not a business you should be using!!

  I own a real estate company in Poland Oh. My current equipment was in need of repairs and servicing and was on its last leg. I contactedTeam Office Technologies to service my main copier. They were so helpful and honest. They confirmed in great detail what I already suspected, that the machine given its age and the repairs needed was not worth investing more money into it. It wasnt a sales pitch, it was a detailed analysis that I was actually able to research and verify with part costs on line. I had just put $550 in new toner into that machine. They made an adjustment to "bandaide" my main malfunction which enabled me to run the copier long enough to use up the $550 in toner. This was their suggestion, so I didnt waste my $550 in new toner. They did not charge to do this. They said when it runs out call us and we will bring out the new machine. The new equipment was way more affordable than I had ever thought and they matched a unit to my specific needs. No pressure, no over selling.
