The attendant who was working the front desk and seemed to be the only person behind the desk was an African American woman with short hair. I did not catch her name, but she was very disrespectful to the person that was in line in front of me the man had came in to get a change of address for his dying father. The change of address was from his house to his sister’s house In a different state, the man told the lady that he had tried to complete an address changed form online and he was instructed to come to the post office the lady at the post Said that there was nothing she could do for him and that the address wasn’t appearing in her system. The man asked if she could input the address into the system and she told him no. He then asked for an address, change form, which she gave him, but in doing so she asked him that he bring in a death certificate for his father. The man replied my father is dying. He’s not dead yet in which she laughed in his face. The lady who was also checking out that was standing beside the man was more helpful to the man, than the clerk was. As I approach the counter, she apologize for the wait time, and I said no worries and dismissed it. She continued her banter to say that she doesn’t like people trying to confuse her on her job. I replied with I don’t see any confusion Dying and being dead are two different things I stated that I was more offended that she laughed in the man’s face when he tried to correct her. She then proceeded to laugh again and I left.

Twice now (out of 3 times), I dropped a package off with a preprinted label, and it was not scanned in. I'm still waiting on a claim resolution from the first one, but since it's not in their system, I doubt anything comes from it. I've dropped off over 30 packages at the post office near my work with no issues at all. It sucks that downtown Worthington has such a crap branch.

Some of the most disrespectful and rude staff I have ever seen.

good people doing a hard job, they need to hire an additional worker for the front though to keep the line moving a bit quicker.

Absolutely terrible. Their phone has been busy for 4 days straight now. Called after hours, before hours, and during hours. All busy. I've got a package that is 2 weeks late and want to find out if they're holding it. But can't call to find out.
