Only post office in Columbus I go to. Sally is always kind and helpful and I love being able to use the kiosk to ship packages if the line is long.

HORRIBLE customer service. Waited in line for 20 minutes (not unexpected during the holiday season) for a very rude attendant to interrupt me and repeat what I can read for myself with the tracking number online before I’ve even had a chance to finish my sentence. Provided a case number to assist with explaining a case already opened over the phone. Because she had no interest of listening nor understanding the context of the case before making assumptions as to what my inquiry may be, she chose to ignore it & again repeat what I can read online. She proceeded to explain to me that my package wasn’t here (i didn’t think so as I was merely trying to ask where I could go but she wouldn’t let me speak!) and further emphasized what I could read online, again without ever even punching in the case number to understand the context of the matter. Don’t bother coming to this location if you’re hoping for a fraction of help or assistance.

The African American older lady at the front desk was unprofessional and rude. She is got attitude whenever is asked any question. She really shouldn’t be doing anything that requires direct communication with customers. She suppose to work any where inside.
