- AGAlicia GreenJan 26, 20261.0They dont deliver packages right. They go everywhere but the address on them. I receive mail from people all the way on other end of street . They dont return phone calls when a package is missing because they delivered it somewhere else.

- MMMkFliNov 17, 20253.0Staff seems ok. Not very fast service. Line is often long. The outside drive up drop box is overflowing every day by 4:30. Not sure why they can't just put up another box because you can't pull in and use the parking lot after you figure out that the box is overflowing and will hold no more mail. Or just move the box to the east side of the driveway so you can pull in and drop stuff off at a box that isn't stuffed full. Or maybe better yet just empty the damn thing more than twice a day.

I recently moved here and the whole staff at this location made the process extremely smooth and easy for me as far as getting a mailbox key and just overall professionalism. Having advanced cancer, the entire staff really went out of their way to help me and explain things to me. Not all heroes wear capes!
