- CFCathy Fasano-ChmielewskiMar 23, 20261.0I went there for the 1st time a few days ago...It was close to closing time... had to wait in line for almost 10 minutes, which is fine, because a lady had a couple pkgs to send and it took a while. I had an amazon tshirt to send back and once I got to the line I told her I needed something to put it in...she reprimanded me and said I waited in line all that time and I should have been prepared and I need to step aside.. very condescending and loud in front of everyone else in line. She said she doesn't have the time for me to be doing "arts and crafts" and we need to move the line along...It literally took me 2 minutes!! Everyone else has to wait their turn like I had to! I was so embarrassed! She was in such a hurry to get out of there! She should not be working with the public! I was super nice and didn't deserve that!
