    Only putting a one because zero is not an option. If you are trying to get your passport here.. DON'T! When you go on their website, they require you to schedule an appointment. I scheduled the first one at 9am, got there a few minutes early, like it asked me to. When I walked in a woman maybe named Joy or it could've possibly been an inside joke because the last thing she was was joyful... She told me the woman wouldn't be there until 9:15am. Okay, perfect. I can wait. Minutes go by. still not there. Another guy comes in for his appointment at 9:30 and I am still waiting. We were again told "we think" she had a Drs appointment but she should be on her way... boom 9:47 am.. I asked if they could call her and see what is going on.. A gentleman texts this woman and a few moments later he says.. She is not coming in today... First of all I have an appointment and I have known about it for two days. How does this woman not know she has a Drs appointment and then just isn't coming in?!? And then there is no one else that can assist?. So, I schedule an appointment once again. 9am. I walk in few minutes early. I was told oh she is on her way and won't be here until 9:15.. I asked if she was sure because this happened yesterday and I waited a whole hour just for her not to come in.. The lady told me she will call her.. Comes back and tells me that she is on her way and should be here at 9:15 but wont be able start anything til 10:30.... SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT? You have to schedule an appointment. You get a confirmation email and text and then this one and only lady who can process passports shows up whenever she wants? Absolutely ridiculous. Welp I guess I am swimming across the ocean

    I will never understand why the usps gives customers the run around. Brother, I mail something through you like twice a year. My apologies for not knowing this time I needed to fill out a slip that yall filled out for me last year. After waiting in line again, my bad for wanting to confirm I did it properly so my check doesn’t get lost in the mail. Trust me I don’t want to be here either.

    It was such great pleasure to have Chris & Melinda help me. Their system was down & we had to use kiosk. Melinda stayed right there to walk step by step with me. Chris was able to check on something & I appreciate him not just blowing me off.

    Here we go again, the place has only been closed for an hour, and the drum is jammed. You can clearly see through the opening that the bin on the other side is not full, how many times someone has to ask for anyone to care enough to start placing the bin slightly further underneath the drum to allow packages to fall through and spread instead of just stack and lean against the back, causing the drum to not open anymore after package number 5 or 6! PLEASE HAVE THE DECENCY TO MAKE THIS WORK RIGHT, people are driving through storm to get these dropped off and use the service that is supposed to be provided to the customer, kiosk and drop off, yet almost on a daily basis this is not usable, and only at this location does it happen so often!

    I second Riley’s complaint from a month ago regarding Stephanie! For absolutely no reason Stephanie, Post Master at the Willoughby Post Office, is very rude right from the beginning of the conversation. She acted as if she is putting her out for having to do her job. Additionally, I had gone to the post office twice the week prior before calling to inquire about some mail I wasn’t receiving and the gentleman never relayed my complaint who worked at the front desk. Just a bunch of civil servants that want to get paid, but don’t want to work.
