Ive visited this location 3 times, and the last time was about one year prior to today. The inside of the building smells absolutely rotten TO THIS DAY! Like hamster cage mixed with urine some kind of sulfurous bathroom/excrement smell everytime you walk in i cannot believe how disgusting it smells! You literally cant even breathe without your eyes watering. They just stand there like nothings wrong lol im apalled i will be calling the health department because it does indeed need to be investigated. Three visits over two years you would think someone would try to freshen it up or clean whatever the smell is but it has only gotten significantly worse. Very unprofessional for a government building.

There is no reason for someone named Stephanie to be totally rude when I just called to ask a legitimate question... She was very nasty for no reason.. I don't think she should have this job if she can't work nicely with the public... She'd get fired at McDonald's.

Every day I come to use the Kiost and drum to drop off packages, the drum is stuck. You’d think after a couple times, someone would re-position the cart on the other side to where the packages fall freely instead of getting strapped against the edge causing the drum to get stuck, and in process damaging shipments that are now trapped under the drum. This only happens at this location every day, maybe once or twice downtown and mentor, so it’s just a physical placement of the dang cart. This didn’t used to happen here so frequently, so whatever changed, whether new staff or else, PLEASE SOMEONE MAKE THIS SIMPLE ADJUSTMENT, as was suggested by a clerk at another location. Otherwise it defeats the entire purpose of the Kiosk option and will cause folks to have to come to the desk when they open and you’ll need more staff to work the front to handle the service that can’t be handled now by the kiosk. Logical. Thank you.

This post office is terrible. They said my package on eBay is sitting there to be picked up, And the lady at the counter says that they were shipped to Eastlake and didn’t check anything. It’s been four days and the packages are still there and have not moved. I’ll be so glad when the post office is shut down in privatized. These people are the worst in the business.
