  Unless you are going to use the automated machines which requires you not to interact with the staff, please AVOID this store. The staff, almost everyone that I’ve interacted with, is rude and impatient. They often lack knowledge of the service they provide and are very condescending when you’re trying to explain. Their most recent mistake in sending an international package resulted in significant extra costs for me without any recourse from FedEx. Extremely disappointing customer service from workers who don’t seem to care. Believe the reviews that you’ve read.

  Very rude and unfriendly counter person. Never acknowledged me, never made eye contact, just asked what I needed then never said another word. Did all the order entry, took my package, then just stood there.... I didn't know if I was finished or if there was anything else to do. She just stood there.... I had to ask if there was anything else needed, and she just said, "no", so I left.

  The employees are extremely rude to the customers. They have terrible attitudes. It’s unacceptable. They also need a new manager because she is just as bad. Do better FedEx. This is ridiculous.
