- LCLarry COct 17, 20252.0Very rude and unfriendly counter person. Never acknowledged me, never made eye contact, just asked what I needed then never said another word. Did all the order entry, took my package, then just stood there.... I didn't know if I was finished or if there was anything else to do. She just stood there.... I had to ask if there was anything else needed, and she just said, "no", so I left.

I had the misfortune of dealing with the same employee on two separate occasions, and each time she has treated me like something she stepped in. Just a hideously bad attitude, and now the local UPS store has found a life long customer. I won't be back to deal with this train-wreck of an employee.
