- MMMaryApr 21, 20265.0I have had postal worker Monique on a couple visits. The first time I recall was to purchase stamps. She has great customer service skills. I meant to write a review back then. Today, I had to ship a package to Canada and she walked me through the customs papers. I went around 9a and there was no line. Perfect timing. I drop off all my mail to this post office, and receive all my mail at my home. Only 1x, in 5 years I have lived here, has there ever been a late delivery of my mail. I appreciate the postal workers who work in all kinds of weather.

It’s unfortunate that one has to be that miserable to argue with a customer. If the job doesn’t pay enough, I suggest she finds a new one. Her problems should not be taken out with aggression on the customers.
