- BCBam ComicsDec 9, 20251.0To even waste my time writing this review is honestly disturbing. But what was more disturbing, is how depressed and miserable the workers are. I saw the interaction before me where a lady didn’t know where she was sending her package. And I understand that must be frustrating to the worker. But when I stepped up, the lady working the counter had the same animosity towards me that she did toward the confused old lady who didn’t know where she even was let alone where she was sending her package. Absolutely miserable. I’d rather walk through a steel mill than ever step foot back in this establishment. This is not the kind of folks we want representing our postal service. Nor Wickliffe. Take that “ish” somewhere else.

Certainly will be filing a formal complaint

- BBBubba-1601Mar 14, 20241.0They have a real bad habit of sending packages either back to Cleveland distribution or to willoughby so items take longer to arrive. They also have lost some of my packages and blamed it on the Cleveland post office when I could clearly see it was at Wickliffe and then shipped out again instead of being sent out for delivery. And then on top of all that they like to shut down for 2 hour lunch breaks by posting a sign on the door instead of updating their business hours online so you show up expecting them to be there and they’re not. The one guy there likes to open and inspect the media mail to make sure it’s actually media mail which would be fine if they had everything else together in their establishment. The only reason I deal with them is because I have to.
