- JJJayla JarvisNov 16, 20251.0Claimed to have attempted a delivery of a package i ordered, yet I was home for hours around the alleged time of the "attempt." Interestingly enough, I had mail in my mailbox and two other packages on my porch. Now I'm going to have to go pick up my package when they're actually open- even though I had a similar item (a case of energy drinks) ordered that was delivered just fine two weeks ago.

HaneyAug 18, 20171.0After not receiving the package I ordered, and tracking showing it was delivered, I had to make multiple attempts to reach the post office as calls were continually not answered and would go to a fax signal. When I was finally able to speak to someone she took my information and said she would look into it and call me back. When I had not received a call the following day I went through the same process of calling multiple times before eventually someone answered. I was told the carrier delivered the package by setting it (two shoe size boxes inside one package) on top of the mailbox. I was then asked if I thought someone could have stolen it...ya think!!?? Unbelievably poor service
