I’m gonna have to stop coming to this location because I can’t wait for it to be marked shipped for days later

So, usps is simply allowed to not deliver a package because I have a foreign name. Now I have no idea where my package is and will probably lose hundreds of dollars and months of waiting. Westlake is a very terrible post office, and it seems like Cleveland in general has terrible post operations. I'm tempted to take them to small claims court.
