  This is the only UPS store I will go to. The customer service is excellent.Your package is on time or before. They don’t gouge you on pricing (all UPS stores are independent) it’s on Detroit near Columbia Rd.

  The plus size, tall employee wearing a long ponytail should really watch her attitude to customers. Thought it was me, but it was the customers behind me as well. Does not offer alternatives, just tells you you’re wrong and can’t be helped. SO RUDE!!

  Erin, John and staff have been exceptional to work with over the last couple of years. They have gone out of their way to help me both personally and through my workplace on many occasions. Erin has made accommodations for my workplace, she always is kind and understanding when I rush in close to closing time and ask for them to not only ship something overnight but to also box it up for me as well. At the same time, if they can't do something for some reason, she explains it in a direct manner and doesn't sugar coat anything, which I appreciate. All of the other staff members are the same way, some of whom are family running the business together. Over the last couple of years, they have taken the time to get to know me, my workplace and some of my co-workers and it shows. I won't go anywhere else for shipping, they truly are the best and I hope they know how much they are appreciated.
