  The staff member who assisted me was very unprofessional and rude. She gave me another person’s Terms and Conditions, exposing that person’s name, address, and phone number and the recipient’s name, address, and phone. When I got to the car and realized that I had someone else’s T& C, I immediately returned to the store to give back the one I had and to receive my document. Employee #363557 told me that this was my T&C, and I told her it was not, I know my own name. She realized she made a mistake and gave me my T&C and said, “excuse you”. I’m not sure why I received a flippant response when I was returning something that wasn’t mine. I told her I’m sure the other customer would not appreciate knowing her private information was given to someone else. I should have received an apology and my own T& C, that’s it. The rest was completely unnecessary.

  I wouldn’t recommend this location. I brought items to pack & ship at 6:15p. They didn’t have time. They wanted to pack the items tomorrow. I had a lot of special photos & items. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving it. They price out one photo to be shipped & packed tonight. It was $95 & wouldn’t arrive until Monday. They said they are starting to experience the Christmas rush.

  I have been using this UPS location now for over 10 years. They deal with an incredibly high volume of packages, many of them Amazon returns, as most of my visits are! The staff is well-trained, friendly and very efficient. I feel they do a tremendous job. fir what is likely low pay, and often in a very busy environment. They ROCK!! What can slow them down is if customers come in with unprepared Amazon returns and are fumbling through bags trying to figure out which product goes with which return. The staff stays patient and kind, but unfortunately, it is an inconvenience to the other customers in line, so everyone, please organize your returns BEFORE you come in! Also keep in mind parking can be tricky sometimes at this location. There are 6-8 spots out front that are specifically indicated as parking for 30 mins or less, so one can almost ALWAYS find a spot there. If you have a truly heavy box and need to pull up to the curb, please have the courtesy to your fellow customers to drop off the box, put it inside the store quickly, then PARK your car and return to the store. Please do NOT leave your car out front in the fire lane for safety reasons. You can take the extra 5 minutes out of your day for that common courtesy. PS - I've also used this location because I had to fax something (I was shocked people still do that!) and they were great with that process & affordable.
