USPS is awful, but this has to be the absolute worst location. Packages constantly delivered to wrong address, scanned delivered when they aren't delivered for a day or two, etc. They do not answer their phones, yet the 1800 number customer service keeps redirecting me to call this Westerville location directly. If you can fight your way through the automated system to get it to ring, it will just say they cant answer and hang up on you. They truly do not care about mail or packages.

The Westerville McCorkle Blvd Post Office staff behaved in a very unprofessional manner. The USPS website stated that passport walk-in services were available every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Based on that information, I picked my son up early from school so we could arrive during the designated walk-in time. However, when we arrived at the USPS office, the employee informed us—quite rudely—that the website was incorrect and that they do not accept walk-ins. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Notably, during the ten minutes we were there, two staff members were present and there were no other customers at all. If the website contains incorrect information, USPS should take responsibility for the error and ensure that staff respond to customers respectfully and professionally. As a customer-facing agency, USPS should prioritize proper staff training and accountability to prevent situations like this.

Worst service for mailbox keys i roamed around their office for 4 days no response and I informed them I have a urgent mail I need it immediately just to open my mailbox then also no response from them. If there is any management for USPS please take an action on it.

I called this facility from 8am to 4pm one right after another to ask the most simple question and couldn't speak with a human or get any information. How do you possibly justify this.
