The whole building smells like spoiled food and you can tell the workers have been eating before they talk to customers. Bad customer service from the miserable old lady with red hair. She seemed like she didn't want to be bothered and instead of greeting the customer saying "how may I help you" she (in her horse voice) says "WHAT DO YOU NEED?" It's almost like all the USPS around the east side of Columbus in incentivized to give bad customer service to people and nothing get's done about it because they are too big to fail.

Guy who runs this place is generally friendly, however the way this USPS is run is extremely poor. It is closed at random times, opens late, closes early and all kinds of fun. You never know if this place will be open. CAUTION to anyone who sends out packages on a regular basis. He only scans priority mail packages when he feels like it, has admit to me that he often just sends it on its way to be scanned later somewhere else. This is NOT how USPS workers are supposed to operate. I had a large package not scanned in, then lost in the mail bc it never got scanned "along the way" I am now out of both the sale and the items in the package with no proof I even sent it. This was the nail in the coffin. I am done.
