- NHNicole HummelDec 16, 20251.0Lunch hours posted are 1pm-2pm on website. I arrived at 2:20pm. There is a sign on the door that says they're closed for lunch from 1pm-2:15pm. Three other people were already waiting at the door when I arrived. The lady working finally returned at 2:34pm. It's unpleasant waiting in the cold with a baby when I'm here during "operational" hours before Christmas. This was my only chance to get to the post office with just my baby and not all three of my kids, otherwise I would not have waited 20 minutes in the cold for the doors to open. Frustrating.

She didn’t inform me that it’s not guaranteed delivery, it can be insured but she didn’t give me that option. Also she didn’t give any options or sending instructions. Now it’s been a month and it’s worth $2000 Jewelery. It’s gone and no longer trackable. I’ve tried to call everyone everyday but no one cared about helping me with this situation. Bad customer service from the miserable old lady with red hair. She seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. she (in her voice) says "WHAT DO YOU NEED?" It's almost like all the USPS around the east side of Columbus in incentivized to give bad customer service to people and nothing get's done about it because they are too big to fail.
